CAUTIONS - READ THIS CAREFULLY - DO NOT
PROCEED TO USE THIS PROGRAM OR UPDATE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
EACH AND EVERY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. USER
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE THE EXPRESS PERMISSION TO AGREE AND
BIND THEMSELVES, THEIR COMPANY OR LEGAL ENTITY TO ALL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT FULLY CONSENT TO THE
TERMS AND CONDITION OF THIS LICENSE, THEN THE PROGRAM MUST BE
REMOVED FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND NO FURTHER USE IS AUTHORIZED OR
PERMITTED BY SUPPORT ANALYSIS SOFTWARE, INC.
YOU ARE PURCHASING A ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION
SERVICE THAT BEGINS ON THE FIRST ACTIVATION OF ANY LICENSE
INSTALLED ON THE FIRST COMPUTER. IF YOU INSTALL ON ANOTHER
COMPUTER AT A LATER DATE THE EFFECTIVE DATE WILL STILL BE THE
DATE OF FIRST ACTIVATION. THE FEE IS CURRENTLY 299.00, PLUS TAX
FOR ELECTRONIC DOWNLOAD AND SUBJECT
TO CHANGE UPON RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION.
The software contained is owned exclusively by
Support Analysis Software, Inc., and is protected by the both
common law copyright laws and United States
Copyright laws and is not meant for export outside the
United States and no
license express or implied is granted for such exporting.
The
term "You" refers to you personally, your company, the company
or legal entity you work for or affiliated with whether as an
independent contractor, employee, partner, shareholder, officer,
director or computer consultant.
This program may be installed on a single user
machine only, unless you have purchased multiple license and in
that event one maybe installed per computer. The number of
machines the software is installed on may not exceed the number
of licenses purchased. The software may never be installed on a
network server. This program cannot be transferred to any other
person or entity and installed on any other computer or network
without the written permission of Support Analysis Software,
Inc. This
means that you cannot loan, rent, lease, transfer, sub license
this program or make any copy of this
program (other than for backup) for any computers you may
own except for the single computer the program is installed on.
YOU HEREBY AGREE IF THE PROGRAM IS PLACED ON ANOTHER COMPUTER
THEN THE SOFTWARE MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL
COMPUTER THAT THE SOFTWARE IS BEING COPIED FROM.
IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THE SOFTWARE ON THE ORIGINAL
COMPUTER IT SHALL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF EULA.
AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE BREACH OF MULTIPLE COMPUTER USE
OF THE SOFTWARE YOU CONSENT TO THE ENTRY OF A PRELIMINARY AND
PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND ANY LICENSE TO USE THE PROGRAM ON ANY
COMPUTER IS IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO ANY
REFUND FROM SUPPORT ANALYSIS SOFTWARE, INC. THIS REMEDY IS IN
ADDITION TO ANY OTHER REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
This software shall not be installed on a
network; however your data maybe saved to a network computer.
NOTICE: NEW & UPGRADING PROFESSIONAL USERS: If
you need an additional license because you change or buy new
computers or reformat your hard drive or get a virus that
corrupts your computer or programs there is a fee of $100.00*
per computer for a new license ID. We are sorry there are no
exceptions to this policy. (*Only
valid for current version license 5.0 or higher.)
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall Support Analysis Software,
Inc., or its
suppliers,
distributors, programmers, developers or agents be liable for
any damages whatsoever (including without limitation,
special, incidental,
consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of
business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information, or any other pecuniary loss arising
out of the use of or inability to use this
product,) even if Support
Analysis Software, Inc.,
has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
In any case, Support Analysis Software, Inc., and its supplier’s
entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be
limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Support
Analysis Software.
Support Analysis Software, Inc., does not warrant
compatibility with any specific or generic computer. Any
problems or defects should be reported to Support Analysis
Software, Inc., email at
support@sasi-calc.com
No fee or remuneration shall be paid for the reporting of
any errors in this program. It is the responsibility of the user
to verify and check all numbers and computations before relying
upon or submitting to any Court. This program is meant to be an
aid to determine child support. It is your sole responsibility
to verify and authenticate the actual child support amount.
Incomes over $10,000.00 are at the discretion of the Court and
the calculation produced by this program is advisory only.
If any dispute arises over the use of this
program the licensee agrees that the entire matter, dispute and
or claim(s) shall be submitted to arbitration through the
American Arbitration Association in Washington, D.C. and their
decision shall be final and binding on all parties. No claims
for legal fees or cost of the licensee in the bringing of any
action shall be paid for my Support Analysis Software, Inc. and
is expressly waived.
If an arbitration award is made in favor of Support Analysis
Software, Inc., then you shall be liable for all cost, expenses
and legal fees. The Laws of the State of Maryland shall govern
unless otherwise prohibited.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
damages; the above limitation may not apply to you.
Technical support
shall be provided to the end licensed user for 30 days from the
date of original purchase. After 30 days technical support is
available on a limited basis and
there will
be a per incident
charge of $100.00 per one-half hour. Credit card payment prior
to technical support must be provided at time of call. Hours for
technical
support are
Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST and is subject to change.
All
time is based in
EST. Rates are subject to
change at any time
and the sole and exclusive right of Support Analysis Software,
Inc. We will replace any defective media disk
within 30 days of
purchase. (At the time of this printing only electronic download
is available.)
You
must return the original disk at your expense requesting a
receipt for
tracking purposes along with a statement that the program has
been permanently deleted from all computers.
SUPPORT ANALYSIS
SOFTWARE, INC., RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ANYTIME TO STOP SUPPORT
FOR THIS PRODUCT AFTER THE ORIGINAL 30 DAY PURCHASE DATE.

right to sell or transfer its copyright of this program at
anytime at its discretion. Technical support cannot provide
legal advice of any nature. This program is not meant nor
intended to provide legal advice of
any nature and is meant to be informational only.

advice.
Forms contained in the program are provided
without charge and are complimentary. They carry no support or
warranties.
If any portion of this agreement is deemed to
be invalid or unenforceable, then the rest and remainder of this
agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS
LICENSING AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME.
